About Us

Dotted Line Creations is a handcrafted jewellery brand operated by Aarti Khare, based in India.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.

Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their prices accurately. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to the handmade nature of our pieces and differences in device displays. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities at our discretion.

Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid for in full at checkout. We accept payments via Razorpay, including cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets. We do not currently offer cash on delivery. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping, Cancellations, and Returns

These are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including our name, logo, product photography, descriptions, and design — is owned by Dotted Line Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dotted Line Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products, beyond the value of the order in question.
