Where We Ship

We currently ship only within India.

Processing Time

Every piece is checked for quality before it leaves us. Orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days of being placed. During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if that's the case.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location, with our courier partner. You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹79, calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves our hands. If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at dottedlinejewellery@gmail.com.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at dottedlinejewellery@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with our courier partner on your behalf.
